As you pick up your luggage from the baggage area, and proceed towards
the arrival curbside pickup lane. Be sure at Dulles Airport, going towards
curbside, there are stairs and both sides of the stairs will have an upwards
slope. Which will take you to the curbside pickup. Do not take the stairs,
use the sideways slope. Call your driver and tell him which door number
you are waiting by. Our driver will come with your name sign on the vehicle
window to pick you up. Your driver will be parked away from the airport
parking, so please allow him 4-5 minutes to reach you.
Note..One hour before your pickup, we will send your drivers name and phone number to your email and cell number. We always monitor the arrival flight time of your airline, if it is early or late, our driver will be there before you are.
