TERMS & CONDITONS

  • For all vehicles, 20% gratuity plus 8% surcharge will be added to the above fares.
  • Parking, tolls, extra stops, baggage meet, and waiting time will be charged if
    applicable.
  • At airports, the first 45 minutes are free and at other locations, the first 15
    minutes are free. After that waiting charges will apply.
  • A new regulation by airport authority at IAD and DCA requires a $6.00 charge to
    all pickups and drop offs.
  • Waiting after the grace period will result in a $12.00 charge for every 15 minutes.
  • At all airports meet and greet at baggage area will be charge $15.00 plus parking.
  • Early/late fee of $15.00 applies to all trips between 11.30 PM – 4.59 AM,
  • Hourly jobs for all vehicles friction of 15 minutes will be billed in 1/2-hour
    increments\ and around 40 minutes will be considered a one-hour increment.
  • Due to increase of gas prices 10% gas surcharges may apply on Van, Limos and
    buses
  • Rates subject to change without any notice.
  • We do not have any hidden charges.
  • Prices outside of the Washington Metropolitan Area and other states may vary

Cancellation Policy

Executive Ride cancellation policy that aligns with upscale service
standards and communicates clearly to clients  we kindly ask that
cancellations adhere to the following guidelines based on vehicle type:

Sedan Services

•       No Charge: Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the
        scheduled pickup time.
•       50% Charge: Cancellations made between 8 hours before pickup.
•       Full Fare: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

Luxury Van Services

•       No Charge: Cancellations made at least 20 hours prior to the
         scheduled pickup time.
•       50% Charge: Cancellations made between 12 hours before pickup.
•       Full Fare: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time

 Limousines, Mini Buses & Executive Coaches

•       No Charge: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the
         scheduled pickup time.
•       50% Charge: Cancellations made between 8 and 14 hours before pickup.
•       Full Fare: Cancellations made within 8 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
