Term and Conditions
- For all vehicles, 20% plus 8% surcharge will be added to the above fares.
- Parking and tolls will be charged if applicable.
- $20.00 early/late fee applies to all trips between 11.59 PM – 4.59 AM
- Hourly jobs for all vehicles friction of 15 minutes will be billed in 1/2-hour increments and around 40 minutes will be considered a one-hour increment.
- Rates subject to change without any notice.
- Due to gas prices increased 10 % gas surcharge may apply.
- Prices outside of the Washington Metropolitan Area and other states may vary.
Cancellation policy
- For all airport and point-to-point transfers, cancellations for Sedan and SUV within 8 hours of scheduled time of pickup are fully billable at 100% of the estimated charges.
- For Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limos, Minibuses, and Coaches, trips booked for 3 hours or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Otherwise, that trip is not considered reserved.
- Deposits for Vans, Limos, Minibuses, and coaches fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup time, and 60% refundable 24 hours prior to pick up, and less than 24 hours will be refundable at 40%. Cancellations within 18 hours of scheduled pickup time are fully billable at 100% of the estimated charges.
